Access 2 Jobs knows who the hiring manager is for your dream job.
Reach hiring managers for active roles at
“I applied for a role, reached out to the hiring manager, and kept following up. That outreach led to an interview, and the hiring manager even scheduled another meeting the same day.”
“My first hiring manager outreach worked. After I reached out to a COO on LinkedIn, the company reviewed my application within hours and considered me for next steps.”
“This is genuinely one of the most useful things I've read about job hunting. I've already started applying it.”
You're putting in the work. Researching companies, finding who works there, writing to someone about a role you'd be perfect for. You've heard this strategy works for other people. It just hasn't worked for you yet.
We work out who is hiring for that role by searching the web around the job link, so you don't have to do the guessing or the heavy lifting.
Hi Elena,
I saw you are hiring for a Senior Product Designer, have you found someone already?
Thanks,
David
Plenty of tools promise to help you apply. None of them get you to a person.
Access 2 Jobs will be free to start. You only pay once you've seen what reaching a hiring manager directly actually does for you.
You find a job you want on almost any job board and open the extension. It searches across the job posting, the company's own site and careers pages, and public LinkedIn activity to work out who is hiring for that role. You get the most likely person, the reasons we think it's them, and a short message you can send.
We pull from several sources at once and cross-reference them. First we map the company itself: how big it is, which teams exist, and what job titles are actually in use there, because the same role is a Lead at one company and a Head of at the next. From that we work out which titles would sit above the role you're looking at. Then we look at public activity around the posting: who shared the job, who commented on it, and who reacted to it. Someone with a manager-level title in the right team and location who also interacted with the role is a far stronger signal than a title match alone. Every candidate we return is scored on those signals stacked together, and we show you which ones fired so you can judge it yourself.
Then we go one level up. If we can't confirm exactly who is hiring for that particular role, we identify the person above them: the head of that team or function, someone with real influence over the hire. They're your best next point of contact, because they either make the decision themselves or they know exactly who does, and a short message asking them to point you in the right direction works well. There is always someone we can identify as a key point of contact for you.
No, and that's deliberate. You send everything yourself, from your own account. Automated outreach gets accounts restricted and it reads like automated outreach. We write the message; you decide whether to send it and what to change.
You can start for free, and you'll only pay once you've seen it work. Pricing comes later and it'll be set at a level that makes sense while you're job hunting.
We're building it now. Leave your email and you'll be among the first people to get access when it's ready.
If that doesn't cover it, message me on LinkedIn and I'll help where I can.
Access 2 Jobs isn't quite ready yet. Leave your email and I'll let you know the moment you can use it.
That email doesn't look right, mind checking it?
We will email you when it's ready.
